Gerard L. Samoleski is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Miami (Miami, FL) and holds a Masters of Science of Taxation degree, a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Certificate in Financial Planning. He is Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Accredited in Business Valuations.
Gerard has over twelve years of experience working un public accounting performing audits, tax preparation and litigation support services. He has an extensive background in accounting and has significant experience dealing with matrimonial litigation, business valuation, purchase and sale of a business due diligence, tax planning, lost profits analysis, asset tracing and calculating economic damages.
Mr. Samoleski began his career in KPMG LLP's corporate tax department before rejoining his internship mentor at Douglas J. Sanders & Associates, PA. While there, he prepared business valuations; corporate and individual tax returns; financial statement audits, reviews and compilation; and forensic accounting. In 2006, he continued performing these services with a firm of his own. In 2009, he joined the firm.
